  • $16.00/Hour (Depending on shift and experience) Available shifts: 8am
  • 5pm Mon-Fri & Every other weekend 3pm
  • 9 pm Mon-Fri & Every other weekend 7am
  • 7pm / 7pm
  • 7am Mon-Fri & Every other weekend 8am
  • 8pm / 8pm
  • 8am Mon-Fri & Every other weekend
Typical Day:
Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting, and Community. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; Helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; Insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; Assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; Complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; Responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you. Our Community Engagement program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills
Requirements:
Have a high school diploma, or GED, or 2 years of documented experience working with a family member, a friend, or other persons with intellectual disabilities in a nursing home, facility, group home or in home setting. This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations Valid Driver's License
