Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support residents with medication administration and monitor vital signs to ensure health and safety Implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs, especially for those with Behavioral care requirement's Assist in community engagement Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal times, promoting healthy eating habits Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to coordinate care plans and report any changes or concerns Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, group home, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) knowledgeable Serve Safe Certification Knowledge of Behavioral Health/ Mental Health, ADL's, TOVA, and Pediatrics Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training will be mandatory Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate standard passenger cars for client transportation Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is desirable Strong interpersonal skills to connect empathetically with clients and their families Reliable, energetic, and committed to providing exceptional person-centered care Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered. $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
