  • 3pm•Sat & Sun 3pm•11pm•Sat & Sun 11pm•7am•Sat & Sun Harvest Care Group LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable team members to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in group home setting.
Our DSPs help individuals live meaningful, safe, and independent lives at home and in the community.
Available Position:
Residential DSPs
  • Provide daily living support in our group homes
Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with personal care, daily routines, and meal preparation Support community inclusion, recreation, and independent living skills Provide transportation to appointments, programs, and community outings Follow each Individual Service Plan (ISP) and accurately document supports Observe for health or behavioral changes and report promptly Maintain professional and positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (REQUIRED) Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills CNA or PCA certification preferred, not required Virginia Medication Aide certification or completion of an approved medication management course preferred
