Duties Assist Individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer Lifts when necessary. Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing behavior, and reporting changes to healthcare teams promptly. Provide medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and care plans to ensure safety and compliance. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking to promote healthy living. Maintain a safe and clean environment through housekeeping tasks. Support residents' participation in social activities, community outings, and therapeutic programs to foster engagement and independence. Document care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure seamless communication among team members. Requirements Previous experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home and community care settings is preferred but NOT required. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans and document observations accurately.
