Schedule:
Every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00

•Manassas, VA•20110 About the Role Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Direct Support Professional and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support and guidance to help our clients lead fulfilling lives in a caring and compassionate environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and self-esteem Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance client engagement Document client progress and any changes in behavior or health status Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in direct support or caregiving roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client outings Willingness to work extended weekend shifts Commitment to promoting client dignity and respect in all interactions About Us Guardian Residential Services LLC has been serving the Manassas, VA community for over a decade, providing exceptional care and support for individuals with disabilities.
