Company Description:
GLC provides safe, secure, FUN, person-centered supports for adults with intellectual disabilities in residential group home settings. We are seeking compassionate, flexible and trainable individuals for part-time positions!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Encourages and guides people to be involved in their community and be as independent as possible Provides support with personal care Engages people in activities that are important to them and encourages skill development Writes detailed daily documentation Ensures individual health needs are being met
Direct Care Staff Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Clean criminal background Child abuse registry check Ability to attend and pass all mandatory training (CPR/FA, Waiver, UKERU, Medication Administration) occurring during business hours What's in it for you!
