Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, including inpatient, outpatient, clinics, and teaching hospitals.Duties:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation for patients
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
Skills:
- Experience in healthcare settings such as inpatient, outpatient, or emergency medicine is preferred
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially in Level I Trauma Centers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals

Pay:
