Implement daily activity schedules including community outings, events, and in-house. programming (arts, crafts, music, sensory activities) Promote community awareness and inclusion through responsible, courteous behavior. Ensure health and safety of individuals during program hours, transportation, and community activities. Provide personal care and support as needed. Assist individuals with personal finances, maintaining accurate documentation. Complete and submit incident reports per policy. Utilize crisis prevention and intervention strategies, using restrictive procedures only as a last resort. Participate in interdisciplinary planning and carry out goals from individual service plans. Attend staff meetings and complete required annual training. Travel to other program locations as needed
