If you have a passion for supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and behavioral health needs, we would love to hear from you. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence, community inclusion, and personal success while living in a supportive residential setting. What You'll Do Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and housekeeping. Support individuals in community engagement activities, recreation, employment, and volunteer opportunities. Implement individualized support plans and behavioral support strategies. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Promote dignity, independence, choice, and person-centered supports. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
