Johnsbury, Vermont, United States Job Description Now Hiring:
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Part-time and full-time positions available Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
Hiring in the following locations:
South Ryegate, Hardwick, Craftsbury, Lunenburg, Greensboro, West/East Burke, Groton, Barnet, and Lyndonville If you are compassionate, dependable, and looking for work that truly makes a difference, this role is for you. As a DSP, you'll work one-on-one with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities—supporting them in building independence, pursuing their goals, and participating in their communities.
What You'll Do:
Provide support and guidance to individuals in employment and community settings. Help individuals develop and maintain natural support systems. Foster meaningful social roles, relationships, and independence. Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.
