Home Care Aide

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides (HCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Omni Staffing Services team serving clients throughout Central and Eastern Washington. This position provides per diem flexibility and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The ideal candidate is caring, professional, reliable, and passionate about providing high-quality in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living activities. Delegation certification is a plus.

Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support Take and document vital signs as needed Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals Assist with medication reminders and delegated tasks when applicable Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, meal preparation, and other household support tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized client environment Accurately document care provided and complete required charting Follow individualized care plans while maintaining professionalism and client dignity

Skills & Qualifications:

Active Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred Nurse Delegation certification is a plus Experience working with geriatric clients, dementia care, or individuals with disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments Dependable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Washington Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Joining our team offers the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care while enjoying a flexible per diem schedule that fits your lifestyle.
