Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Care Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals at SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County in Kent, Washington. As a HCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments
Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the nursing team
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
