Reach Home Care is a private pay agency that serves clients in safe home environments and is committed to providing respectful, reliable care to those we support. Position Overview We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers in the Moses Lake area. As a caregiver, you will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This role is a great fit for someone who is compassionate, patient, reliable, and enjoys helping others with daily routines, companionship, and personal care. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Prepare and serve meals and help maintain a clean kitchen area Perform light housekeeping duties to support a safe and tidy home environment Provide medication reminders and monitor overall wellness Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful communication Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when needed Communicate regularly with the care coordination team Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided What We're Looking For Previous caregiving, home care, or related experience preferred Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Ability to assist with lifting and transferring as needed CPR/First Aid certification preferred CNA preferred, but not required We understand that you may not have every qualification listed above.
