In this role, you will play a vital part in improving the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients during 24-hour shifts. Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Prior experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred. Ability to work 24-hour shifts reliably and responsibly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients. Ability to follow care plans and instructions precisely. Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. MUST be located in or willing to commute to Spokane, WA. Pass background checks and any required certifications. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $23.00, paid semi-monthly.
