We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a small, supportive environment where you can build meaningful relationships with residents and be part of a close-knit team. What You'll Do As a Swing/Night shift Care Partner, you will provide hands-on support that helps residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services Monitor and report changes in resident condition Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment Support resident engagement and activities Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care What We're Looking For Active CNA or HCA certification (Washington State) Compassion for working with seniors Reliable, team-oriented, and professional Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a small community setting We are willing to support and train team members who are the right fit for our culture.
