Due to growth, UCP of West Central Wisconsin is looking for a new member to join our team! We would like someone who can offer high quality care and service to individuals. The Direct Support Professional supports many people in their own home settings, providing non-medical services. This program exists for individuals so they obtain a consistent caregiver. We strive to work as a team to complete tasks, however, the employee has the ability to work independently. This role is a part-time position (up to 19 hours per week) with option to increase those hours in the future. Clients will be in the Eau Claire/ Chippewa Falls area, but the home office is in Eau Claire.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred experience in care settings, but not necessary Must provide excellent customer service

Trustworthy Punctual Reliable Ideal Qualifications:

1-2 years' experience in care settings
