Were looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, youll work directly with children and youth, helping them build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence in their daily lives.

What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelors degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs (preferred)Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (preferred)Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.

Must be 18+Schedule & Program DetailsOur Afterschool Program operates Monday-Friday between 12PM-8PM during the school year and transitions to daytime hours (between 7:30AM-4:30PM) during the summer months. Rotational Saturdays (9AM-4PM) are required year-round for Afterschool staff.
