Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team! Positions are available for both full-time and part-time evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including every other weekend. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support to adults with disabilities, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You'll play a vital part in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Provide emotional support and companionship Promote independence and encourage participation in daily routines and community activities Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each individual Follow care plans and document observations as required

Qualifications:

Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
