Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition or behavior Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain accurate care plans and document patient progress, observations, and any incidents diligently Engage in light cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards within living or care areas Qualifications Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes promptly Compassionate attitude with communication skills to connect effectively with residents and team members Valid driver's license Ability to pass caregiver background check Benefits 100% employer paid platinum health insurance Paid time off Employer matched retirement plan On shift meals
