- No special license required!!! Homes for Independent Living is seeking a Driver to provide transportation services for our clients. This position will be assigned to a general geographical area and will be responsible to transport adults with disabilities to and from programs and appointments. What will I be doing as a Driver at HIL? Provide reliable transportation for clients to their destination including but not limited to community events, leisure activities, day programs, household errands and medical appointments Operate vehicle in a safe manner, abide by all State of Wisconsin traffic laws Assist clients with getting into and out of vehicle Utilize mobile technology to interact with dispatching staff Maintain vehicle and client documentation per company standards Maintain the exterior/interior of the vehicle Adhere to policies and procedures regarding vehicle use and transportation. What will I get? Base rate of $15.00/hr. PLUS $1 more Monday-Friday between 2pm-10pm AND $2 more per hour on the weekends Referral Bonus - Earn $2,000 Bonus per positive referral Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with ESOP Match Paid Time off after 60 days Employee Assistance Programs and MORE!
