This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping children build confidence, independence, life skills, and stronger connections within their communities. As K&E Impact continues to grow, employees will have opportunities to take on additional clients and increase their hours. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to children in their homes and community settings. Assist with daily living, social, recreational, and life skills. Mentor children while encouraging confidence and independence. Participate in community outings and activities. Follow each child's individualized support plan. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Communicate professionally with families and supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license. Reliable, insured vehicle. Ability to pass all required caregiver/background checks. Dependable, compassionate, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, education, social work, psychology, caregiving, or healthcare is preferred but not required. Travel Requirements This position requires regular travel between client homes and community locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

Applicants must:

Have reliable transportation. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Be comfortable driving between multiple client locations during the workday. Be willing to travel throughout Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Walworth, and surrounding counties based on client needs. Schedule Flexible scheduling based on client availability.
