Community Horizons is assisting local residents in finding the perfect Caregiver/Housekeeping candidate to support them in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and independent home life. The members are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily routine. Position Overview This role combines light caregiving and housekeeping tasks to help individuals remain independent in their own homes. Duties may vary depending on the memebr's needs but typically include: Housekeeping Support Light cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes) Laundry and linen changes Organization and general tidying Maintaining a safe, clutter‑free environment Caregiving Support Companionship and conversation Assistance with daily routines Meal prep or simple cooking Medication reminders Occasional personal care tasks (based on comfort and training) Ideal Candidate Reliable and respectful Comfortable working independently Kind, patient, and person‑centered Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Open to learning the individual's preferences and routines This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building a strong, trusting relationship.
