Role:

As a Lab Technician in our manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments to analyze the chemical and physical properties of our materials. You will work closely with our team of engineers and scientists to develop new products and improve existing ones. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Experience working in a laboratory setting Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and FTIR Experience with statistical analysis software such as Minitab or JMP Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with quality control and assurance

Responsibilities:

Conducting tests and experiments to analyze the chemical and physical properties of materials Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies Recording and analyzing data, and preparing reports Collaborating with engineers and scientists to develop new products and improve existing ones Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills:

As a Lab Technician, you will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct tests and experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports.
