Job Description
Main Tasks Perform the measurements and laboratory tests for: Purchased parts, semi-finished parts, finished parts according to control plan
PPAP parts
Support R D
Product audits
Support problem investigation Manage the calibration system of production & quality measuring and testing devices.
Measure components according to customer specification and relevant standards.
Support the proper use of SPC in production according to the control plan.
Supporting MSA if required.
In case of non-conforming product, report immediately to requestor for further disposition.
Advise on proper measurement methods, equipment and identification of characteristics on drawings to support measurements.
Additional duties as assigned
