1 In-Person Tour Position Summary The Entry-Level Lab Technician will support the Complaint Investigations Lab by investigating returned products and assisting with customer complaint resolution related to blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors . The technician will be responsible for safely unpacking and sorting returned products, performing routine investigations and troubleshooting, documenting investigation results, and maintaining quality records and testing equipment. Key Responsibilities Safely unpack boxes and sort returned products according to product line. Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints involving blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors. Document complaint investigations and results in the Complaint Handling System . Use troubleshooting and laboratory equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes, and related tools to complete investigations. Perform routine maintenance on individual quality records. Ensure equipment used for testing is within its required validity/calibration period. Navigate internet-based programs and use basic Microsoft Office applications. Perform accurate data entry of investigation results. Follow written work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Maintain strong documentation practices throughout investigations. Perform repetitive and routine investigations while maintaining accuracy and focus. Work effectively in a team environment. Follow all applicable procedures and quality requirements. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with technical experience required. Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree are an ideal fit for this entry-level position. Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate internet-based programs. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English. Strong documentation and data-entry skills. Ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs. Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive and routine investigations.
