Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a 1st shift Lab Technician to join a growing medical manufacturing company in Aliso Viejo, Ca.

Type:

Temp-to-Hire Pay:

$21-$22/hour

Schedule:

1st shift (5am- 1:30pm ; hours may vary)

Location:

Aliso Viejo, CA What You'll Do Manufacture Material and assist with in-process materials. Maintain equipment and glassware used in production. Complete production documentation accurately. Meet quality and productivity targets consistently. Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For Education & Training:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

2+ years as a Lab Technician or similar role. Cleanroom experience preferred.

Skills:

Understand and apply GMP concepts. Work in clean/controlled environments. Learn and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Strong communication, organizational, and math skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely with chemicals. Follow detailed instructions and contribute to process improvements.
