City of Industry, CA Job Description:
Lab Technician will work under the direction of the Lab Supervisor to carryout tasks for the Engineering Department that require support from the Lab. They will be required to work around gas appliances that have open flames and will be required to maintain high safety standards at all times. (This is not a chemistry/physics lab).
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year relevant experience Work with Engineers to build prototype products. Conduct product certification testing for new and existing products. Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and document test results. Utilize Lab power tools and equipment to perform tasks as needed. Read and interpret specifications and part prints. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. Must be punctual and professional
Skills/Qualifications:
Basic Math, "Hands-On" Abilities, Proper use of Power Tools, Basic Blue Print Knowledge, Basic Computer Knowledge, Ability to Analyze Information, Reporting of Test Results, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Good English Verbal and Written Skills.

High School Diploma or GED with
