Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and coursework review to ensure mastery of core concepts. Collaborate with colleagues to develop new courses or modules aligned with current industry standards and certification requirements. Prior supervising experience in sterile processing departments or hospital settings is highly desirable.
