Job Description

Testing of raw material and finished product using analytical instruments. Minimum one year hand-on experience using U/HPLC. Familiar with chromatography software preferably Chromeleon Able to understand US Pharmacopoeia monograph To conduct analytical tests using UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, water determination and TOC analyzer To check on the verification status of instruments and equipment periodically to make sure that they are calibrated on time as per the defined frequency. To assist in developing Analytical method validation protocols in consultation with QC Manager and execute validations as planned. To periodically check the instrumental requirements of chemicals, instrumental parts, standards, spares and submit the requirements. To ensure completion of good documentation to achieve traceability of tests run on the instruments To conduct physical tests including description, sieve analysis, weight variation, pH, LOD, FTIR, DT, Hardness, Friability and others as advised by the QC manager. To take adequate care of instruments to maintain them in order. To report OOS events and/or any incident that impacts quality, output and efficiency to QC Manager. To follow general (common) and departmental SOPs. To conducts analysis observing cleanliness of the QC Lab, benches and equipment and follow Good laboratory Practices (GLPs). To complete documentation/paperwork to ensure that all data is accurate and has authentic traceability. To follow general cGMP and departmental SOPs.
