No Job Description We're looking for Medical Laboratory Assistants who are excited to contribute to accurate, timely, and compassionate care. In this role, you'll perform routine and stat diagnostic testing in areas such as chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and microbiology using automated instrumentation. You'll report laboratory results under the supervision of clinical laboratory technologists while helping maintain the highest standards in moderate-complexity testing. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and stat diagnostic procedures across multiple laboratory disciplines. Operate and maintain automated laboratory instruments. Report laboratory results accurately and in a timely manner. Follow established protocols for moderate-complexity testing. Collaborate with clinical laboratory technologists and other healthcare team members. Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Current California Phlebotomy Certificate or Clinical Laboratory License required. Minimum of 60 semester units (two years of college), or Minimum of one year of college with at least two years of prior medical laboratory technician experience. BLS certification required and maintained. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language.
