No Job Description We're looking for Sleep Lab Support team members who are excited to help create a smooth, welcoming experience for patients and providers. In this role, you'll answer phones, schedule appointments, assist patients with instructions, manage billing, maintain departmental supplies, and support overall operations in the Sleep Lab. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and assist with scheduling and patient inquiries Schedule and confirm patient appointments Provide patients with procedure-specific instructions Process billing for services rendered File, copy, and manage documents Restock supplies and help maintain department cleanliness Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the department manager Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
