SLP in Ridgecrest, CA

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve in an elementary school setting in Ridgecrest, CA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule from August 6, 2026, through May 27, 2027, working 37.5 hours per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students based on individual education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student communication goals. Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records. Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). Experience working in school-based settings preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones. Ability to manage an elementary caseload effectively. Commitment to providing onsite services to replace virtual therapy models.
