Responsibilities will include the following:

Performing various types of soils testing and visual soils classification. Obtaining in-house training on machine safety and test method proficiency. Enter samples into our software accurately. Creating new work order numbers and entering testing data and billing items. Computer data entry. Assistance in other departments in the laboratory as needed. Help with pickups on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Experience in concrete, soil and rebar testing helpful. 1+ years previous experience working with construction materials helpful. Basic mathematics skills. Ability to work well as both a team player and individual self-starter. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times daily. Basic computer skills, specifically experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Solid communication skills. Clean DMV record.
