Job Description

:
GMP Manufacturing Research Scientist:
San Diego site and Lake Forest site Responsibilities Learn and assist in the design and execution of cutting edge nanomedicine manufacturing while respecting deadlines Document, compile, analyze and interpret experimental data Record results accurately to ensure data integrity, quality control, and protocol compliance. Learn and assist in the analysis of data generated from experiments using various methods, including numerical methods, and generate thoughtful interpretations of the collected information. Follow SOPs for various lab processes and a maintaining laboratory equipment. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of all equipment within the GMP manufacturing facility. Maintain excellent organizational skills required for maintenance of notebook record, equipment use and maintenance logs, test run logs, and other documentation, as necessary. Maintain a safe work environment by following the company Quality and Safety standards as required
Qualification:
Minimum:
BS in chemistry >2 years hands-on experience in a GMP manufacturing facility. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy Possess problem solving skills Experience with experimental design and execution, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Excellent organizational skills. Strong collaborative skills. Able to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures Strong work ethic, able to work well independently and as part of a team Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel Knowledge of common laboratory practice concepts and practices and procedures is a plus
Salary:
60-120K depending on experience
