Operate advanced metrology tools (SEM, FIB, TEM) to evaluate critical dimensions, identify patterns of interest, and optimize image quality conditions.
Perform routine system maintenance (such as flash, plasma cleaning, and image calibrations), troubleshoot tool issues, and coordinate service and repairs.
Manage lab workflows and queues to maintain high throughput, document lessons learned to lower redo rates, and track equipment performance metrics.
Collaborate across teams to interface with requestors on detailed project requirements, update procedures, and strictly adhere to cleanroom safety protocols.
