What you´ll do Conduct all laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, and ensuring Safety, Health & Environment compliance Execute lab testing and generate test data, documentation and laboratory reports for projects assigned by Engineers and/or Supervisor Communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcomes Employ basic problem‑solving skillsets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates Program robots and be comfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipment May train other technicians regarding equipment operation and/or test procedures Take on equipment ownership and responsibility for maintaining safe operation of the assigned equipment Report laboratory results and methods according to accepted company lab practices; results, reports and observations will be communicated to internal/external customers What makes you a good fit Minimum of an associate's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or a science field Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or a science field. 1 to 3 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory is preferred Polymer thermal, mechanical, rheological, spectroscopic, and microscopy experience along with test and data processing automation preferred Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as a team member and independently on various assignments Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Word, Lotus Notes, Excel and Statistical Uses good scientific judgment, statistical analysis, root cause identification and robust solution implementation Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
