Where You'll Work St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952, St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages. Job Summary:

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)! This position accurately analyzes and reports all tests ordered by the Medical Staff in a timely manner and according to laboratory procedures and regulatory guidelines to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Required Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree in a biological or chemical science as defined by CLIA OR High school diploma/GED and completed an official military medical laboratory course and held the military enlisted occupational speciality of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Lab Technician)

Certification Preferred:

MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:

Must be appropriately trained in clinical laboratory science as judged by the Director of the Clinical Laboratory Physical, Exertion, and Sensory - Medium
