•1st shift to join their team. As a Lab Technician you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting laboratory operations and product quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st shift What's the Job? Perform sensory, physical, chemical, microbiological, and instrumental evaluations of raw materials, in-process, or finished products following SOPs and specifications. Support investigations of internal and external non-conformities to ensure continuous improvement. Develop and maintain raw material and finished product specifications to meet quality standards. Conduct special testing for various departments such as Logistics, Product Development, and Purchasing. Perform calibrations and qualifications on laboratory equipment, ensuring proper maintenance within the Quality Control Laboratories. What's Needed? Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols diligently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and equipment. Basic understanding of laboratory testing and quality control processes.
