Job Description
Lab Technician 1st Shift What You'll Do As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality control testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing and quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. Operate laboratory instruments, testing equipment, and computerized quality control systems. Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment according to established procedures. Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results and quality data. Follow standardized testing methods and quality procedures to ensure consistent product evaluation. Identify, investigate, and report quality concerns or out-of-specification results. Provide timely quality data and support to production teams. Maintain compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures. Adhere to company policies, quality systems, and standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory environment. Assist with preventive maintenance activities and laboratory equipment upkeep. Support and promote Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
