$1576.00•$1624.00 Step into a true community lab role in Blountstown, a friendly North Florida town where life moves at a comfortable pace and your work really matters. Think tree-lined streets, easy traffic, and weekends exploring rivers, springs and nearby state parks. You'll join a tight-knit laboratory team in a community hospital setting, working as a versatile MT/MLT generalist.
Expect a bit of everything:
core lab benches, steady but manageable volumes, and close collaboration with nursing and providers who know you by name. Schedule is straightforward 5x8s, totaling 40 hours per week, with no on-call. That means predictable days and evenings reserved for you—whether that's visiting the Panhandle Pioneer Settlement, heading to nearby small towns for dining and shopping, or taking quick trips to Gulf Coast beaches. If you like hands-on work, variety in your bench assignments, and being a go-to lab professional in a supportive, small-town environment, this permanent role delivers a great balance of stability, impact and lifestyle.
