R D Techs are also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that are in effect. Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to: Prepare lab and pilot scale samples and perform routine testing by operating necessary lab equipment. Keep lab tools and equipment operable by performing calibrations as needed Ensure accurate sample preparation (weigh, measure, data record keeping) Assist with new product development and improving existing products if needed Compute formulas, percentages or production specific factors using chemical and mathematical procedures Assist with scale up processes of prototype products into full production Perform physical and chemical analyses and evaluations and implement test methodologies and generate reports Contribute to product development and the establishment and implementation of processing activities, including safety. Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance, Follows safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or other related field or experience is required. Strong communication, time management and organizational skills are required. Critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration skills are required Proficient in
