Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do
Ensure Excellence:
Perform daily QC testing on finished goods and raw materials using wet chemistry techniques.
Process Auditing:
Conduct in-process checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Lab Management:
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment while keeping a highly organized inventory of retain samples and chemicals.
Reporting:
Utilize your computer proficiency to prepare, analyze, and organize reports based on test results.
Champion Quality:
Ensure plant safety and quality standards are followed by all staff across the production floor.
Working hours:
7:30 AM - 4:30
PM Skills:

QC Manufacturing Experience:
Previous experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is essential.
Proven Stability:
A stable work history that demonstrates professional reliability and long-term commitment.
Strong Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to accurately document and analyze data.
Detail Oriented:
A keen eye for detail and intermediate math skills for accurate testing and reporting.
Growth Mindset:
A self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn new skills and take on challenges as the company continues to scale.
Education:
Associate Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Position Requirements BS in Science preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Availability:
Must be able to work 1st shift and commit to overtime and weekend work as required by production needs.
