Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Responsible for development of products in laboratory environment Weigh, extrude, mill, grinding, and cleanup powder coating Spray test panels Perform laboratory tests using approved testing methods Document test results Adjust formulation based on trial and error methods Prepare customer samples and trials Growth and development opportunities within the department Qualifications and Education Requirements Manufacturing or Lab experience preferred but not required Good communication skills.
