AI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. At Clinlab.

We empower Physician Office Laboratories to provide the same high-quality care that leading reference or hospital labs offer nationwide, right within the Physician Office itself. In this position, you will perform testing in the Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments.
Responsibilities :
Customer Service Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff. Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing. Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff. Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory. Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.

AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.
Test Administration:
Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
Compliance & QA:
Comply with State & Local Health Departments, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
Qualification Requirement:
Associate Degree preferred 1+ years previous work experience in a clinical laboratory. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities. Proficiency in computer skills. We are pleased to offer the following benefits to our employees: 401
