We empower Physician Office Laboratories to provide the same high-quality care that leading reference or hospital labs offer nationwide, right within the Physician Office itself. In this position, you will perform testing in the Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments.
Responsibilities :
Customer Service Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff. Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing. Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff. Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory. Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.
