Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Check ing Processor, responsible for handling hazard insurance checks for mailout by reviewing system records, updating tracking information, and preparing disbursements via regular and overnight mail. They will also generate shipping labels using Excel, log checks, balance check stocks, process documents/vouchers, and research check requests while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review system records for mailout and disbursement instructions
• Update the system with tracking information for check disbursements
• Prepare and mail disbursements (checks) via both regular and overnight mail
• Create FedEx overnight shipping labels
• Generate mailing labels using Excel worksheets
• Logging checks and daily balancing of check stocks and registers
• Processing checks and documents/vouchers
• Research and pull check requests
• Creating labels for outbound Fed-Ex packets Requirements
• Computer literate-basic word and excel skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Flexible to work additional hours with little notice
• Some processing experience will be helpful-pay close attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to follow detail instructions and process high volume error free processing on a consistent basis

Shift:

Pay Details:
