Job Description and Performance Standards Title:
Polysomnographic Technologist 554326702
Department:
Sleep Lab Reports To:
Clinical Coordinator, Sleep Disorders Center
JOB SUMMARY
Performs various Sleep Disorders Testing, maintains patient records, documentation, and files, as well as scores studies while recording artifact-free records.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED).
Licensure:
RPSGT or Respiratory Therapist with SDS credential
Experience:
Twelve (12) months in Sleep Disorders Testing or EEG preferred.
Skills:
CPR, familiarity with computers and soft ware programs, ability to effectively troubleshoot equipment.
