Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing and analysis for patient diagnosis and treatment. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation. Accurately record and report test results according to established protocols. Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control and safety standards. Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical and specimen issues efficiently. Participate in continuing education and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or equivalent required. Experience working as a Lab Tech in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting. Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, procedures, and quality assurance measures. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
