Position Summary The Product Development Lab Technician supports product development and evaluation through accurate ingredient preparation, testing, documentation, and sample preparation. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To): Weigh ingredients according to blend formulas, prepare products, and evaluate results Participate in product evaluations and provide feedback Prepare and ship product samples to customers Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to perform precise and accurate lab tests Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in small groups Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word General culinary skills and food knowledge
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Extended hours as needed or requested
Pay:
From $18.34 per hour
