A Medical Laboratory Technician helps with the performance of laboratory tests in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology laboratories, which provide information for medical patient diagnosis and treatment. Sets up, operates, and maintains laboratory equipment, makes observations, and calculates and records results; receives, types, tests, and records blood bank inventories.

Job Description
Work Schedule:
90% FTE, 3 12-hour shifts per week working 7:00pm - 7:30am, rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Hospital 1625 S State St. Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $3.50/ hr evening, $4.50 hr night, and $3.75/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.
