Hanover Park, IL Job Description:
Job PurposeThe Lab technician is responsible for executing, monitoring, and sampling water to ensure products meet quality, performance, and safety standards. This role involves collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to validate product functionality and reliability. Essential Job FunctionsSetup and conduct water filter testing per in-house testing standard practices.

Perform water analysis testing using appropriate tools and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of test results and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and maintain test equipment, calibration, and lab safety standards. Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience working in a lab testing or quality assurance environment.

High school degree or equivalent (required), bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field (preferred).Proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Strong knowledge and discipline of Lab and Chemical testing methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards. Preferred SkillsProficiency in test equipment and software tools (e.g., HACH Spectrometers, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar).Knowledge of statistical analysis and reliability testing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
